<span class="text"><font color="#333333" class="text"> <strong><em>Why Vincent Arrington Photography?</em></strong><br /> I will give you and your wedding the attention it deserves. I am not a high volume low customer service photographer; I give each client the respect and attention they deserve. I am your photographer and you will deal only with me. I will personally meet with you, I will personally shoot your event and I will design your album. Quality of work is important to me and this is why I limit the number of events I photograph. <br /> <br /> <strong><em>What is your style of photography?</em></strong><br /> I consider myself a hybrid photographer. I am a photojournalist; however I do take time to photograph traditional style photos. My job is to document the event unobtrusively and provide my client with first class work. <br /> <br /> <strong><em>What format will I receive wedding proofs?</em></strong><br /> I provide a proof book within 2-3 weeks of the wedding. I also provide a password protected web gallery. The Web Gallery works well for family and friends. I also provide 4x6 proofs during the album design process. <br /> <br /> <strong><em>What type of equipment do you use?</em></strong><br /> We use Canon Professional Cameras. <br /> <br /> <strong><em>How many times do we meet?</em></strong><br /> At a minimum; we will meet 2-3 times prior to the wedding. However we can always meet and discuss your questions. We meet during the initial meeting and presentation. We also meet during the engagement photos. We also meet during the delivery of proofs, DVDs and the album. However if time is an issue; I can ship items.<br /> <br /> <em><strong>How much do you charge for your services?</strong><br /> </em>My price range is $1500 - $2800. I provide the same creative coverage for all of my packages. You will receive superior photography coverage at any prices level. I shoot unlimited photos regardless of the package.<br /> <br /> <strong><em>How do we reserve your services?</em></strong><br /> After our initial meeting; you will be presented with a contract. A retainer is required to secure a date. <br /> <br /> <strong><em>How long have you been photographing weddings?</em></strong><br /> I have been photographing weddings for 5 years. <br /> <br /> <strong><em>How many wedding do you shoot each year?</em></strong><br /> I photograph a maximum of 30 weddings per year. Some ask why only shoot 30 weddings per year. I feel comfortable in the 30 range. I want to focus on providing the best product to my customers. I also want to provide excellent customer service. If I became a wedding mill; I could not provide the best product to my customers. <br /> <br /> <strong><em>Do you personally photography each wedding?</em></strong><br /> Unlike some other photographers or studios, I personally photograph each wedding. You might not know who will photograph your wedding until the day before the wedding. I photograph all of my weddings.<br /> What are the best times to call or meet with you?<br /> The evenings are the best time to call me. However I have a Blackberry and receive emails while Im out. I find that emails are an effective method to reach me. However I do respond to voice mails rather quickly. <br /> <br /> <strong><em>When and where do you conduct interviews?</em></strong><br /> Most couples prefer that I meet them at their location. Im very flexible and we can meet at my residential studio/office or at any location of your choice.<br /> <br /> <strong><em>Can you modify a package?</em></strong><br /> I can make modifications to my package. Historically my clients have not made many changes. The only exception is the additional thank you cards.<br /> <br /> <strong><em>Do you shoot black and white?</em></strong><br /> I shoot my weddings in color; however I can convert photography to black and white. I have noticed that clients like seeing a photograph in color and black and white. I usually convert a select group of photos to black and white. <br /> <br /> <strong><em>Can you make Sepia photos?</em></strong><br /> I also have the ability to convert a photo to Sepia. Again; this is done on a select group of photos. <br /> <br /> <strong><em>Do you work with a second photographer or an assistant?</em></strong><br /> If necessary; I can bring a second photographer or an assistant. I would recommend for a larger wedding. Some clients want coverage at the bride and grooms house; I would bring a second photographer in this case.<br /> <br /> <strong><em>Do you scout our locations?</em></strong><br /> I have been to most locations in New Jersey and New York. However I do take the opportunity to review unvisited locations. <br /> <br /> <strong><em>How soon after the wedding do you deliver proofs?</em></strong><br /> My proof book; coffee table book and DVD are available within 2-3 weeks of the wedding. I deliver the 4x6 proofs with the initial album design.<br /> <br /> <strong><em>How long do albums take to make?</em></strong><br /> I have decreased the amount of time it takes to deliver an album. My goal is to have an album in your hands within 3-4 months after the wedding.<br /> <br /> <strong><em>Do you offer video services?</em></strong><br /> I can recommend two video companies for your wedding. There work is excellent.<br /> <br /> <strong><em>Do you belong to a professional organization?</em></strong><br /> I belong to two professional organizations. These organizations help me improve my business and the product that I offer you. <br /> <br /> <strong><em>Do you carry liability insurance?</em></strong><br /> I carry Liability insurance. Some locations require that vendors carry insurance. You can rest assured that if anything happens, I have proper coverage. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> </font></span><br>
